POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION, FREE STATE

There is qualification of Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). I did the qualification with CUT and I live in the Free State. Majority of us who did the qualification post 2018, are not hired in the Free State at the department of education. We were previously told that we will only be hired in secondary schools and FET colleges but currently we are not, as per the Free State department of education statement. Any other province do not have an issue with the qualification but now my problem lies with the Free State department of education as to why do they allow other students to still do the course if they are not going to be hired in the province? Even today, there are still students applying to do the course in the upcoming academic year, why is it not faced out or something? Can this thing please be resolved as some of us have gone so much to study the course, emotionally and financially and seem as a wasteful year of studying and unfruitful expenditure on our side. Had to pay for the course, pay to travel for practicals, travel to attend classes, pay for police clearance certificates, SACE certificates, what more is needed entlik?
