Poor Service, No school for a child

My sister has recently relocated to West side of Gauteng and had app**** online for her daughter's registration and further went to D14 for the placement of the child, now they finally have moved to this side there is no more space available for the child to attend school. now what must happen to the child as she is already missed a lot at school since the schools reopened. we have gone from one school to another in the past weeks and to this date nothing. this is so frustrating, to say the least. the coordinators for the area just say there's no space anywhere. does this mean the child will not be going to school this year? What now as we don't even know where to turn next. we have been going up and down as the people are very insensitive towards the parents and all. can someone from the Dept of Education assist with this matter.
