Poor service from EC department of education

My mom has submitted for early retirement in December 2019. She submitted all the required documents to the department. They stopped her salary in March 2020. 3 months later she hasn't been paid anything. When checking with GEPF they claim that they have received the exit documents. This is ridiculous after 3 months of not getting a salary and no one cares if everything is in place. It's so funny that they managed to stop her salary but couldn't submit everything to GEPF. Wow.
