Poor service delivery

Good morning

I have a concern and a complaint because I app**** on time for my daughter for grade 8 in this difficult time of the covid 19 only to receive a message later that said I quote "Hi DANIEL KAIZER, Your uploaded document to EDENGLEN HIGH SCHOOL has been declined due to Incorrect Documents Uploaded. Please submit your certified copies, not older than 3 months to the school, within 2 days of receipt of this message. If you have already submitted the documents, please ignore this message".

My problem is that I received the message after the closing date and I couldn't upload the documents because the system was closed. Now I have uploaded the documents but the system doesn't allow me to app**** to the preferred school that are closer to my place.

I can't take my daughter to schools in the location because I'm not staying in the location I am staying at esterpark in kempton park, i am not happy with this, can you please sort this thing out. My id no is ***.
