Poor service delivery

I resigned end of March after my application had to be re-submitted 5 times. Thabo from the pension department is never to be found, his phone ringing the whole day and no feedback is being provided. E-gov still hasn't even processed my claim and nothing is being done by the Department of Education regarding this matter. This is how the government looks after their employees. I wish I could also have a job where I do nothing and still get paid
