Poor service and Attitude

Good day,<br> <br> I am writing this report on behalf of my aunt , Zukiswa Tshabalala, age 51.<br> She has been retrenched from work at Telkom after 30 years of service. She is currently serving her notice until end of April. She is working in Port Elizabeth , and has a house in east London, and will be moving back to east london end of April.The problem she is facing now is that her daughter is currently studying in Uitenhage, at Strelitzia High School and she is living at the boarding house. The daughter comes to stay with her every weekend as they only reside at the hostel from monday till friday morning. Now that she is moving ,her daughter wont have a place to stay , and she was told to go to the department of education , so that they can arrange a transfer to another school in East London, she is currently doing grade 11. The transfer was meant to happen beginining of this new term. She went to the department of education in Mdantsane , NU1, to speak to the person in charge , Mrs Swarts. When she got there , Mrs swarts was rushing to a meeting and did not even listen to her story , and told her schools are full, with an attitude , and went off . No assistance whatsoever . Plz advice
