Poor Service

I am a parent that app**** for a child in Feb already for grade 8 2020 , i submitted application online and at school (Plumstead High School , Claremont High School and Cape Town High School) Dept advised that at least parents should app**** at 3 schools and i did that but all his applications was rejected. I contacted the dept and they informed me that i need to write Appeal letters to all school and advised them as to why they should consider my childs application, i did that also and still rejections only one school said they will give an answer in October. I informed the dept about this and guess what no one is responding to my emails (*** )its like they do care at all. My question is if all schools is rejecting the child application must this child stay home with no education ? because he does not have good results ? they only consider children with good results even though their applications is late . I want the dept or Minister of Edu to tell me when you are trying to get your child better education and the child also trying is it write for the schools to reject the application , why did we waste our time and money submitting application on time for nothing and when we send email to dept they just ignore my concern or frustration of not knowing where your child will study next year . I need to know on time so that i can start buying his uniform and save for school fees. The service is very poor Education is ot doing anything about this , i am talking about Western Cape at least Gauteng Province is giving their ppl so update as to what will happen but western cape doesn't care . i need answers or i am talking this to the news papers and the emails and names of ppl i emailed with no response . ***
