poor service

In the year 2000 I wrote my examination and got incomplete result(ZZ) i was told that they will do an investigation within 2 year then they can give feedback. That has never happened because on their system my subject is still coded ZZ. what i want to find out now when are they going to release my results and have my senior certificate.

what came in to my surprise in that the department issued a Subject Certificate when I was applying for a position in a private sector.

In the year 2000 I was issued a letter to go and further my education in any tertiary institution I then went to Damelin and got my qualification with no stress pending investigation.
