poor and dissappointing services

I was contacted by lady from dept of education in 2019 to claim my deceased spouses gpf to date my executives are sending email left right and Centre with no response from them i personal went to Welkom branch to check status of claim in 2021 was told gpf paid to date i haven't received anything due to date i am homeless can't afford to give proper care to myself and my son because i have to pay rent every month not knowing were my next meal will come from. i am really disappointed with gpf department for not having another person to follow-up on someone else 's long outstanding work or system to monitor outstanding gpf payment.

on 4/08/23 follow up email was sent with *** estate late tb mohlabane to date no response.

to date there's absolutely no response or action whatsoever

our families work hard to leave something behind to their loved ones not knowing their colleagues in gps department doesn't care if their cases get handled with urgency especially when looking at time frame of time of death and time of claim cause the leaving family to be left with unnecessary book and admin fees at attorneys.
