Please Update your Profile (Primary Parent) error message

Why is there no live chat to assist in applications? I have been trying to register so that I can apply for my kids Grade 8. I input all the details and click next then it take me to "Please update your Profile (Primary Parent) all the time when ALL THE INFORMATION IS THERE. It seems like I am stuck there I don't know what it requires anymore. Can I kindly get assistance I have tried to apply early as in the 12 March 2024 to avoid late applications but I cannot proceed the web keeps on saying I should update my profile I don't know with what as all the information is there.
