****ED OFF!!!!!!

My Husband has rewritten his matric and he has been waiting for his matric certificate for the paste 2-3 years. the sector we fall under in gold reef kept keeping him on a string and did not help or check anything. he received some help from a lady on Jhb and there he found out there was a mix up with his exam number. since this was corrected the department moved to love day and they told him that they not printing certs. also every time he goes there they offline or they tell him he must wait. he is out of a job and is relaying on the certificate to get him one . the government departments dont give a dame they sit and and expect people to wait. because they getting fat salaries so its fine. where does an unemployed person get money to keep running up n down and phoning to get the same dame feedback.
