Pension pay out

My Daughter Resigned as a teacher from one of the goverment schools in North West in June 2017 and ever since, shes been strugling to get her Pension paid out. We feeling hopeless after numerous phonecalls and emails between NW Dept of education and GEPF. NWest says there is no problem with the documentation GEPF must pay out but according to GEPF Nwest dept must sent the proper claim forms. We even call GEPF to complain and asked for help and their keep on telling us that NWest must sort out the documentation....Please Help!!!!!!!! Olga
