Payslips not received online

I am currently employed by the department of education. I don't receive my monthly payslips since April. I have things to buy but I am stuck because the government introduced the online payslips. Since that started I have never received mine.

The Kzn department of education is failing its workers. Many of us at my school submitted our emails and phone numbers but very few receive their payslips online. Disgusting service
