Pathetic Management within the Department of Basic Education

2nd chance matric programme being offered to those who have not met minimum requirements for NSC in the past, like myself, initially did matric at Cravenby S.S in 2009, obtained a subject pass, swapped Mathematics for Mathematical Literacy in 2015 and obtained a pass mark, which now enabled a Bachelor's pass and entry to University,

Up until this day I still have not received a Matric Certificate, after applying for a combination of results in Jan 2016, apparently the department has no system in place due to the change over of curriculum's during the 2015 June/July period and the programmers are still developing a system to have certificates printed.

For this reason employers and learning institutions are not able to verify my results, and when they attempt to they only find a subject pass with relevance to my exams in 2009!

This is an ongoing issue that has had no resolution for nearly 3 years.

Due to this I find myself unemployed and unable to further my studies at a Tertiary institution.
