Outstanding school fees

My daughter started school at Hope fountains Combined Primary school in April 2015 . Now I am liable for the outstanding school feel for my daughter from March 2015 of which she wasn't attending school at Hope Fountains .It doesn't make absolutely no sense . Now my daughter is sitting at home she doesn't go to school because of that nonsense.
