Outstanding Customer Service by the Dep of Education

I went to the department of education in Johannesburg yesterday and the service was beyond my expectations. Their staff is very friendly starting from the security guards at the entrance to the staff inside. They made sure they kept the ques moving with their fast yet very efficient service. Making sure everyone inside felt secure and important, attended to everyone promptly and those who had complaints from other branches where assured that all was going to be well. I was very impressed by their high level of professionalism, empathy were necessary and just the overall quick and efficient service. I really hope this review inspires you to keep up the great work.
