Online registration

I received an sms that if my child is not placed by the 21st of October I should visit the nearest department of education, which for me is the one in Goldman street in Florida, Roodepoort, I sat there from 07:30 till I decided to leave at 11 to go to work, we had no feedback and no way forward, we were told to wait because the person who has feedback for us is till busy with Matric exams, then a lady by the name Sharon came to address us and told us she is doing us a favor, I still do not have a school for my child and the service I must say is very poor, what is supposed to happen now?
