Online applications 2018

My daughter was denied admission by a school in the south of johannesburg. I was not aware until I went to the district in August to inquire. I was given an objection for refusal of admission slip and advised to come back after 2 weeks to check which schools have space for my daughter. I went back and I was told that they are not done and I was not given any concrete feedback. However I demanded to see their manager Mr Komati Mashile who advised me to call him on the 3rd week of September to find us a school. I've been calling him all through out and couldn't get hold of him until today. I also emailed him and cc'ed his manager Mr Johan Van Greune and no one has responded. I went to the district several times and I was not assisted or given any concrete feedback. I couldn't even see any managers instead I only found their employees who have no idea of what's going on. They only advised me to be patient and wait for an SMS. Its December now, the district will be shutting down for holidays and I'm still in the dark. Their service is appalling and disgusting. Should I not get a response soon,the district will baby sit my daughter until they find a school for her. I'm employed and I can't afford to stay out of work because of their incompetence. What frustrates me the most is that their stupid online application didn't give me an option to choose another school. I could only apply for one school.
