Online application is failing us

I am so disappointed on you don't see how much you fail us as parents and our children with this online application. I app**** early on time last year and the response came late when the applications are closed already and all the schools rejected my child. I've been to almost to every school in Mitchell's plain, been to the department also and still waiting. It is so frustrating to see all other children going to school while mine is at home. Im so disappointed in this online application really
