Frustrating Grade 1 Application Process - Lack of Transparency and Clarity. I recently app**** for Grade 1 admission through the online system and encountered several issues. The most concerning was the unclear requirement for homeownership, which was not communicated upfront. As a parent, I was unaware of this criterion and only discovered it after submitting my application.

1. *Lack of Transparency:* Homeownership requirement was not clearly stated. 2. *Inconsistent Document Verification:* Documents were verified, then later marked as no documents submitted. 3. *Rude Reception:* Unprofessional communication from reception staff. 4. *Forced School Placement:* Department/ District should cover fees if imposing school choices. Because I only have fees for MY choice of school.
