NW department of Education Pension Fund

I would like to express my great disappointment with NW Department of Education for failing to settle a pension fund of one of their staff member who passed on in 2011 while working for the department. now the Kids who are the beneficiary were under age when their parents passed on, now they have been struggling for all these years and no effort by the department to settle this matter. the kids are now leaving with their grand mother who is a pensioner by the way, its 2 daughters and 1 boy. <br> <br> I have been sending emails to the Chief of Staff in NW Department of Education, I have send mails to the MEC's office. I have sent mail and called the Potchefstroom district since November last year. The 1st time they delivered a laptop with was faulty and I reported it and they collected it and then it was locked and couldnt open it as I dont have the password, I called the call centre to arrange to have the password to be reset by the technicians, since 22/01/2015 Ive been waiting for courier people to come and collected and Im always calling them to follow up and the make a promises to collect it as soon as possible but the never do, when I call and ask for a manager or complaints department, no one can help and no one bothers to call me. I called to request for a copy of the contract and still to date I have not received it, Im not going to pay for something that has no contract or terms on conditions, Im not using the laptop as its blocked. Ive cancelled the debit order unti they collect the laptop. Ive email to info@fonechoice but never got any reply.
