Not letting matrics know about important documents

As a former student of Ho?rskool Oosterlig I (and the rest of the matrics) were not notified about our National Senior Certificates because we should quote \call the school or check on Facebook". As I did not know about the NSC (because they already gave me one last year and nothing was said about another one) I did not go to fetch the new one. When by chance I heard from a friend that there were new ones I awaited a notification"
