No text books supp**** due to Payment not received

It has now come to light that Hans Moore High School has chosen not to provide my son with his text books. I have had a financial hick up and was unable to pay the R1500.00 fee they required so the school has decided to take it upon themselves not to provide my child with text books. The school is a model C school. WFH (What the Hell). The child must now fail due to the parents financial wow. I will be forwarding this to the GED.
