No service from Department of Education Springs

I asked for a re-mark and paid on 12/8/2024. I emailed to follow up twice but no feedback. I phoned both numbers available (011) but nobody answer the phone. I just want to ask them how many months do they take to give feedback on re-mark results. This is really sad and so dissapointed about no service
