NO SERVICE DELIVERY WAITING 2 YEARS FOR ECD CERTIFICATE

In November 2016 a few of us wrote and ECD Level 4 Exam through the Department of Education at the Thokoza Center.To date we have not received our ECD Certificates.Every time you call the department you are told to call Umalusi as they have not printed the certificates,I have called Umalusi and i have been advised that the certificates were in fact printed in November 2017.I was then told to call the department in 111 Commissioner street, who each time we called said that the department is busy moving premised to Love-day street and that there is no phones that are working there,To date i have still not received my certificate and no-one can assist this is appalling. Very unprofessional no wonder so many people are unemployed because the foundation that we are supposed to look towards is hopeless.NO ONE GIVES A DAMN AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR SALARY WHAT ABOUT US THAT WANT TO BETTER OURSELVES.
