NO RESPONSE, NO ASSISTANCE, NO CARE

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am appalled by the lack of accountability within the education system. My son deserves better. The ongoing delays and mismanagement of his education are unacceptable, and I strongly urge the Department of Education to take immediate action to resolve these issues.
