No payment for April

The Gauteng Department of Education deducted a lot of money from my salary without alerting me .The debit orders are going through without money in the bank and I'm going to be charged for no apparent reasons. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP .THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE. LILLIAN MASILO
