No payment at a work place

I have been working as a brigade at Qhobosheane primary school since june under GDE however been fighting for my payment since July 7th as I was not paid in june till now I haven't received payment for June. Adelaide called on the 7 the july to confirm my details and was adviced i will be paid on the 10th july it passed n no payment on the 15 I called and 071 number n the lady said I will get money on that Friday nothing happened I emailed the time sheets n banking details ... Everyday I call the 071 number no answer I send what's app msg no answer .. Can I get assistance with my pay for june. Please this is urgent one can not work n not be paid
