NO FEEDBACK,NO TRANSPARENCY,NO RESPONSE,NO INTERGR

My mom passed on in July 2015 whilst in service with the Department of Education she was an admin clerk at Ekupumeleleni Primary School serviced more than 30years if not mistaken. End of July we went to the District in Soweto Colege to get the GEPF Forms and was assisted by Mcedisi, my brother and i honored my moms wish and mourned for 6 months before claiming for what is entitled to us. In January 2016 my brother handed his forms to Mcedisi who sent them through but were rejected due to my forms where needed too. the first week of Feb he handed mine to lady called NABI, who wanted him to sign an acknowledgement of debt without supporting documents which he didnt.I have been trying to get ahold of Mr Caba who has taken over the case each time i call i am told he is busy left my numbers and no return of a call its been 2 full weeks i have been calling not even NABI is giving me any feedback as to where our claim papers are?! instead when i call they pick up and place the call on the side. THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED IS NOT OF ANY VALUES AND MISSION OF THE GEPF i am unable to even get to their manager to report this. It is frustrating as my mom served for the gorvernment FOR YEARS.!!
