No communication regarding my sons application (Disability enquiry)

No One works here or answers the phone.

I've been calling to confirm my sons application and the phone lines doesnt even work! Seems like all government institutions provide the worst service! Besides *****ing from us as citizens you cant even provide a good service!

Can someone please contact me back? Money doesnt grow on trees - my airtime gets wasted and taking a taxi to a place to still not get assistance will get me more mad!
