NO CERTIFICATE AND WAITING FOR 5 YEARS!!

<p>I completed my NQF Level 4 Financial Management course at Northlink College Protea Campus in 2012, its 2017 now and I have still not been issued with an certificate. The college says they waiting on the education department to issue the certificate as there was apparentlky ***** which took place at the education department. I keep calling the education department however my calls are not answered at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like my certificate issues ASAP as this has caused issues when applying for further studies. </p>
