No assistance for admission

Wow and wow!!! Firstly would like to say it sadness me to see how Department of education Johannesburg East District 9 office stuff members shows no care for parents who are in need for their kids to be placed in schools , reason being the app**** schools inform parents to go the district regardless proper application ways were being followed but school kids are still not placed from Grade8 -10.

From the 17 of Jan 24 I have been going to the department to be waiting in long queue with my painful leg condition to be told that there is nothing they could do I have to wait for their call. Just yesterday 1 Feb was there from 13:30-16:30 to be told they would call me no acknowledgement letter provided.

It is also pointless calling as one will be told to come to the District 9 office and once you are there you are then told that to wait for their call. Till when should I wait for their call for term 1 for finish or end of the year?
