No Answer

<p>I contacted Department of Education on the 16 May 2016 enquiring about statement of results for Financial Management N4-N6 on behalf of my cousin who does not have access to email , internt and she is not working . I was told she need to go to a nearest college to re apply for her statement of results and pay certain amount , She did as i conveyed the message to her. At the college they said they can assist her with her quiry, but she must go to the bank to nake the payment. She told to contact the Department again and ask them the amount, Bank account and for reference number. I contacted *** and i was transfered to a number where there was no respond, i did not give up as this information is needed for her to be able to apply for her National Diploma. I tried 7 times but i was taken from pillar to post, the eigth time i was given 4 different contact numbers ***, ***, *** , *** and i was advised its for Department of Higher Education to my suprise there was no respond to any of the 4 numbers. How is my cousin suppose to get her National Diploma if no one is willing to assist us it will be an honour for me to know she is working.</p> <p> </p>
