Negligence

Two weeks ago I approached the department of education in hopes of getting some assistance with getting my sister into school. I found out that she wasn't enrolled in time so I took it upon myself to do something. I was then told by beauty that someone would contact me on 04/03/2015. It is now over a week later and I still haven't heard anything! I have tried numerous times to contact her, but she's never there and no one else is able to help me. I am so sick of running after these people because they can't do their job! The term is almost over and my sister has missed out so much work already
