my matric certificate

i passed my grade 12 in 2005 then find out that the certificate came out with a wrong ID number ,then was told to apply for a new certificate in order for the department to rectify that mistake and documents that were needed was my original certificate ,application fee so did submit those things and they told me that must come and check for certificate after three months ,and i did but up until now hv'nt got my certificate ad the lady that mentioned has got bad attitude
