Mr Morake Education Department Vaal doesn't care about safety of students

Honestly disappointed with Mr Morake from Department of Education vaal. How can a senior tell a parent that Bullying and Drugs are normal at a high School.

IS THIS WHAT OUR EDUCATION DEPARTMENT HAS BECOME???
