MISSING REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER DOCUMENTS

<p>I registered my son online for 2017 Grade 1 Admissions. Our first preference was Colin Mann Primary School which rejected him. I then got in contact with the district and after sometime they decided to place him at Laerskool Elsburg at first I wanted to object to this but I decided to accept this placement. I did this online and when I called Laerskool Elsburg they told me that I needed to come to the school to confirm placement. I called Evanthia Stocker from Colin Mann who assured me that she had sent my son's documents to Laerskool Elsburg. Today 08 Nov 2016 I went to Laerskool Elsburg and suprise suprise the documents are not there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so frustrated at this point that I went straight to Colin Mann to Evanthia for her to just handover the documents to me so I can personally take them to Laerskool Elsburg (All of this during working hours!!!) She searched and came back to me with "I don't see the docs, but I remember personally taking them to Elsburg or maybe another school Laerskool Elandia" She proceeds to tell me that she will call the other primary school and find out for me and then call me back. A couple of hours pass and she doesn't call me so I call her. She says that she left a message at the other school and they will get back to her. I decide to call Laerskool Elandia to see if they have the documents and THEY DON'T. </p> <p> </p> <p>My question is where are the documents? Did Evanthia just toss my child's transfer documents, did she not give a hoot so much that even though she took the documents herself to the schools, she did not do a register of which documents went to which school. She is ever so nochalant as if this is not an issue. With identity theft so rife, I am so angry that my very confidential documents are doing the rounds somewhere. Evanthia Stocker where are the documents????</p>
