Mental illness

My mother has not claimed her pension fund and I have no details how to go about this matter. She hasn't been well for a years suffers from mental illness nd her memory is unclear. I've invested time and effort in finding a solution getting my mother's pension fund. I've hit the grey wall and never got answer's. I need to engage with someone at a Senior Level because my mother's case has taken over 15years to be resolved by department of education. I'm utterly disapointed by the service and leaves abitter taste in my mouth.<br> <br> I've been back and forth with this issue since September 2014 - They requested doctors medical reports for the past years and I've sent the documents and no one has even bothered to get back to me regarding this matter. (My mother was than granted a medical grant for being ill and her payouts were somehow dischargered because she was a goverment worker) Im now fighting a battke that doesnt inspire confidence of feedback<br> <br> POOOOOOR SERVICE. (Department of Education) Nkoyeni needs to shape up PERIOD!!!!!!<br> <br> I'm utterly flat and annoyed with the goverment where they can not deliver a proper service and quick turn around time.<br> <br> From : Disgusted SA Citizen<br> <br>
