It’s been good 8 months since I app**** for combination of my results however I haven’t received any communication from them. I called them couple of times and the receptionist keep on telling me that they will get back to me till this day. The people that I combined with received their certificate and it’s only me who have not received the certificate . My biggest frustration is that applications in varsities are closing soon and I have not received my certificate as yet. Some varsities have already asked for my certificate and at this point I don’t know what to say. The department must do better or refund me once.
