Matrix certificate ISSUE.

Hello Peter. I last rewrote my matric 2019 then 2020 March got my results statement. I was told to come back after 6 months for certification . 6 months has long passed . It's now 2021 August . When I go to DEPARTMENT of Education they tell me my certificate has not been certified. I just called the lady who works at the Admin she now dates my certificate has a problem it has been sent to SITA . I Asked her how long is this going to take . But she sounded not so very sure . I am tired now of going to DOE and every time I'm told the same story it's draining . 6 months has long passed . I need my matrix certificate . I can't even apply for Army because they want certificates not statement of results.
