Matric statement

My younger sister went to collect her matric statement and when she got there they told her she owes a textbook she submitted.<br> <br> Honestly I am disappointed. Now we need to buy a textbook that she submitted. We as family need to pay it out because they didn't update their records on time, otherwise we would have checked for the textbook with the teachers before matric results came out.
