matric results 2015

My niece wrote her maths with Tshwane colloge of commerce and computer science last year (2015), when the results was issued she went to fetch her result and the results was not there and they said she must come during the week to tech them. Since then she has never received her results and when we go to the head office they refer us to the distric and distric refere us to head office, Till today the he doesnt have the results and the universities doenst accept late registration anymore and no one at the department is willing to help, this is seriouly frustrating as she need to go register at university and she cant do that because of the results. They are not even willing to inform the universities that they are children who did'nt get their results becauseof the technical problem as they said so that they university must be awre and extend the period of the late registration. I tried calling Panyaza Lesufi and Angie Motshekgwa' s office and alll their PA's are not willing to help.
