MATRIC CERTIFICATE REJECTION

I upgraded my matric 2020 and I app**** for combination of results and certificate and i was given a statement with endor*****t which I app**** with and got accepted at nursing school but now the school wants a certificate and the DOE keeps on telling me that it has been rejected 3 times, I tried to call, send emails and even went to pretoria 4 times no help, I'm so frustrated with them because my life depends on this career that I have been longing for since i was teenager and I'm going to miss this opportunity.
