matric certificate

i mathapelo roselyn mpofu id no. *** wrote my exams on the may/june 2019 passed 2 subjects and on my previous statement i passed 3 subject which are my languages setswana 50% afrikaans 33.3%-39% english 40%-49% wrote 2007, history 35% religious studies 30% wrote may /june 2019 on the 04 of septemer i went to get my results i was told i do not qualify to combine to get my matric ,i honestly dont understand why because according to my knowledge i qualify my results combined please assist me beacause i worked very hard and now this.This has lead me to depression and am very angry i feel that the department is failing me as an adult who wants to get matric.
