Matric 2019 remark feedback not done

I have registered for a remark of my son's matric results on 16 January 2020. The process is documented to take a maximum of 7 workdays. It is 31 January now and no feedback has been forthcoming. We have tried to phone the following contact details with no one answering any number: -Nompumelelo Kanase *** -Keith Darvel *** -*** Dept Education Main number -E-Services contact number: *** My son needs to register at the University of Stellenbosch and are now unable to do so, since the remark feedback has not been done. I have phone SITA, who hosts the E-Services website. They say that they are inundated with enquiries about remarking, but are unable to help since the department of education won't provide a contact number for them to pass on to people calling in. Absolute shocking behaviour, although not unexpected from a failing government department.
