Mathamo Primary school selection process is biased!!!!

Regarding the Educators Assistant & General Assistant (EAs & GAs) posts.In an area called eMdwebu in Estcourt (Kzn)in a school called Mathamo primary School we are facing an unfair and biased selection of the education assistant chosen people.The list released by the department of education for the successful applicants is selected according to who is known,favoured or related to the principal (Mr Ngcobo),school governing body (SGB) Gabisile Lamula & Counsellor (Mr Magwaza).We as applicants are not selected according to the list released by the Department of Education.But only people known by the principal,SGB and counsellor are selected randomly.I am disgusted and frastrated by this Promaty school selection process and it is really biased and very unequal as an applicant!!!!Pls help !!!
