Level 4 NC(V) certificate

I would like to thank you for this wonderful platform to express the way i feel about the business i'm reviewing.

I was registered with South West Gauteng College (George Tabor campus) in 2014 and i registered there to study NC (V) 3 year course in Travel & Tourism. I did my first and second year without facing any problems regarding my results at the end of the year. I then wrote my final exam in 2016 and waited for the results early 2017, i went to school to fetch my statement and i went straight home where i opened the envelope of my statement. I saw some kind of mistake that was on my statement and went back to school the following day. On my statement its written that i was absent on exam room for a particular subject which is Life Orientation and that was not the truth because i went to school and wrote L.O .At South West they did a research & there was a paper that we signed in before or after writing the exams and they saw my signature of that day. They tried helping me to get the correct statement and a certificate but i haven't received any and now its 2020. I went to school to ask for feedback for several times but i don't get any help because they said the problem was not within them but was at The Department to just go to the system and change my results but they still failing to do so. Mr Mojela was the one handling my case at SWGC he tried by all means to help me, communicated with some woman from The Department via Emails and she ended up blocking him. He went to personal to the Department and he was banned. i went to school again to ask them if i should write that subject again but they said no i did not fail that subject they even showed me a copy of my results for that subject and i passed it.

It's 2020 i'm still unemployed because of that certificate. I can't even further my studies because i need that certificate to register. Being absent from exam room for a particular subject automatically makes the candidate not to qualify for the National Certificate (Vocational)
