KZN DoE Pmb rocks!!!

I would just like to publicly praise two ladies who showed me that true professionalism, efficiency and the highest regard for employees, past or present, still exists at the Department of Education KZN in Pietermaritzburg.

I had to finalise some tax issues from my previous employment with the DoE nine years ago and didn't know where to start , so I called their call centre and the most humble, helpful and articulate lady called Aubrey Ngcobo advised me by forwarding me to numerous candidates who could help me further. Her patience and willingness to assist me was to me beyond extraordinary. This was for me just a start of what would be the best service-journey ever from a government office, because when I called one of the numbers Aubrey had given me, I found an equally competent, efficient and ethical Barbara Maritz whose counsel and professional directives have seen me not only close my case within a week, but it has also left me with a renewed hope for government administration, especially for women.

These two ladies deserve to be acknowledged, not only for doing their jobs, but for going beyond expectation and the call of duty to make us ordinary people feel valued and worthy of their servitude. I write this as a very proud and grateful customer.
