infuriated

oh my word.. just cannot get through to anyone.. email, telephones. it is ridiculous.. need to get papers certified so desperately and i cannot.. the department has some kind of a recording in their certification contact number, as if someone answers the phone, and then talks in another language. I suppose pretending as if he cannot hear me? then phone gets cuts. this happens over and over again. same recording. Calling from overseas and i don't have time to play telephone
