Incompitate Department of Education

Im an angry and disappointed parent I app**** for Grade 1 2018 in May already my daughter was placed at a school in Zandspruit that I dnt even know when im staying in Cosmo City. Why ddnt they place my child in schools on Cosmo City. Parents from Zandspruit send their kids to Cosmo City schools and why is my child sent to Zandspruit.I phoned the Department for assistance spoke to a lady named Xwayiswa in Department of Education ********** 300 who was so rude and couldnt assist me told me I have to reject the place at that school and go to the Department of Education in Braamfontein they will give me a letter to say i rejected and i must find a place on my own for my daughter. What kind of service is that what happened to the saying the child has a Right to Education. WA*** ID ********** 809089
